Workout of the Week: Tabata

This quick workout will still get your heart rate up and crush some calories. Do each exercise for 20 seconds then 10 seconds rest in between. Aim for 3-4 rounds. Make sure to warm up first and stretch after.

1. Step downs
2. Spidermans
3. Lunge Jumps
4. Lunges Jumps (other side)
5. Decline Pushups
6. Plank Rows
7. Mountain Climbers
8. Burpees
